1. The service
Memvio.ai ("Memvio", "we", "us" or "our") provides tools for capturing, organising, searching and acting on personal information, including voice recordings, transcripts, typed memories, tasks, calendar events, contacts and connected-service data.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information and ensuring that use of Memvio through your account is lawful. You must not share credentials in a way that compromises account security.
3. Connected accounts
Memvio may let you connect third-party accounts including Microsoft and, in future, other providers. Depending on the permissions you grant, Memvio may read, create, update, synchronise or delete calendar events, contacts, tasks and email-related data on your behalf.
You remain responsible for reviewing actions before confirming them where Memvio presents a confirmation step. You can disconnect a connected account at any time. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and availability.
4. Tasks, calendar, contacts and email actions
Memvio may turn information from a memory into suggested tasks, calendar events, contacts or email actions. Suggestions can be wrong, incomplete or ambiguous. You should review important details such as recipients, dates, times, attendees, addresses and message content before saving or sending.
Where an action is confirmed or automatic synchronisation has been enabled, Memvio may create or change the corresponding item in Memvio and/or a connected provider such as Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft To Do.
5. AI-generated content
Memvio uses automated and AI-assisted processing for transcription, summarisation, classification, search and action extraction. AI-generated outputs are provided as assistance and may contain errors. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Memvio. You give us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transform, transmit and store that content so we can provide the service and perform actions you request.
You must have the right to record, upload and process content involving other people. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction and context; you are responsible for complying with applicable consent, confidentiality, employment and data-protection requirements.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Memvio to break the law, infringe others' rights, access accounts or data without authority, send unlawful or abusive communications, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security or usage limits.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Statement explains how we process personal data, including voice recordings, transcripts and data obtained through connected services.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued. Connected-service functionality can also be affected by changes made by Microsoft, Google or other providers.
10. Paid plans
If Memvio offers paid plans, prices, billing periods, included usage and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Unless required otherwise by law, fees already incurred are not refundable merely because you stop using the service before the end of a billing period.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Memvio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment, legal compliance or a serious breach of these terms.
12. Disclaimers and liability
Memvio is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate AI output, missed reminders, incorrect extracted actions, failures of third-party services or actions you approve without checking.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that applicable law requires us to retain.
13. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Memvio develops. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably appropriate. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the new terms apply.
