Microsoft connections
If a Microsoft connection is not working, you can disconnect and reconnect it from Memvio's Connections page. You can also review or revoke application access from your Microsoft account or your organisation's Microsoft Entra app-consent controls.
What to include
When contacting support, include a brief description of the problem, the approximate time it happened and the device/browser you were using. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys or other secrets by email.
